Imagine if a significant portion of the population were using outdated prescription glasses that only provided clear vision directly in front, limiting their peripheral vision. This restricted view reminds me of the traditional focus of venture capital, and most capital, which often overlooks the wide array of opportunities outside well-trodden paths, particularly those led by underrepresented leaders.  

By applying a broader lens—switching to glasses that correct not only the central vision but also enhance peripheral awareness—there exists the potential to uncover opportunities that were previously overlooked.
