The recent US election results have sparked deep discussions and emotions.

Four years have passed since the murder of George Floyd, the start of COVID-19, and the discovery of mass unmarked graves at residential schools, that prompted a broad and encouraging commitment to do better. For those working every day to close the gap for underfunded and overlooked leaders and communities, this moment likely feels challenging.
